Established over 80 years, Medcraft Bryden are rubber engineers specializing in the conversion of cured and un-cured rubber for a wide range of industrial applications.
We have facilities for Moulding, Rubber to Metal bonding and Roller recovering.
The Polymers used for both Conversion and Moulding processes are :
Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM, Butyl, Hypalon, Silicone and Viton
The product range encompasses joints, gaskets, seals, bushes, mountings and involves stripping, drilling, counter boring, milling, grinding, mechanical rotary cutting, trepanning and press cutting, and profile grinding.
Various types of seaming and joins are carried out by hot vulcanizing techniques enabling both large and small fabrications to be produced economically.
Among the principal users are the Civil Engineering, Automotive, Electronics, Valve Controls, Breweries, Food Processing, Leisure Industries, Marine and Print Industries.
We can also produce short runs and prototypes, where possible, by machining to alleviate high tooling costs.
